3, How to make a return?

  • Send a return request to us by email, please tell us your order number and why you want to return it, preferably with pictures or videos for proof in order to refund or replace the product.
  • We will respond your return request in 1 business days.
  • We will send you the return address (if your return meets our return policy)
  • Please send your product back to our return address as soon as possible and then send us the tracking number.
  • We will process your refund within 3 working days once we received your return product and all the return product(s) have checked in good condition
